I hate frying too, luckily it's not nessecary for most dishes. I must confess to a slight weakness for potato gems - although i'm not sure about putting them on top of a dish. I think i'd stick to something more like your version. I've done something similar to your recipes to make individual potato bake style nests before which were pretty tasty, but also pretty rich.<Grow Gather Enjoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05069999391136930106noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-545417195724107201.post-87420605696946116482018-04-08T21:12:33.993+10:002018-04-08T21:12:33.993+10:00thanks lorraine!thanks lorraine!Sherry's Pickingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12115648682007275136noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-545417195724107201.post-91209587108510450802018-04-08T20:48:27.565+10:002018-04-08T20:48:27.565+10:00I really like the sound of your version Sherry wit...I really like the sound of your version Sherry with the home made potato! :DLorraine @ Not Quite Nigellahttp://www.notquitenigella.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-545417195724107201.post-3997656606272844932018-04-08T16:13:02.428+10:002018-04-08T16:13:02.428+10:00thanks Mr P. you are too kind.:) thanks Mr P. you are too kind.:) Sherry's Pickingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12115648682007275136noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-545417195724107201.post-51831371268612951292018-04-08T14:17:46.234+10:002018-04-08T14:17:46.234+10:00These potato items were so tasty!
