    1. this is such a gorgeous cookbook leslie. not sure whether i will use it for recipes but it is a great read. the ingredients in my photo will go into chicken stew for dinner. that is the best verjus i have tried- glad to say it is an Aussie product, and the pepper berries are also native and the worcestershire is home made by a lady in Tasmania.. I love local!
