well for brisbane it is a bit cold. this fella is in warwick 2 hours west of here and it gets pretty darn chilly there so even the statues need a scarf:)
hi becky we call it yarn bombing. there are groups of ladies who go around decorating trees and things illegally. what an adventure tho this particular statue is decorated by the council.
