The sky is so blue!
it was a gorgeous day and for some reason my iphone6 picks up the sky in a polarised fashion:)
A huge building, I better those who go in feel quite small :-). #aNoviceMumcommentluv
smaller than it appears:) it is a lovely building and the gallery is really nice too. thanks for stopping by..
Great façade Sherry and so dramatic against that blue sky!
i know rachel. the sky was just amazing that day and my phone makes it look even bluer.
That is one beautiful, sunny day.
the building was facing east so it got all the morning sun and it just shone! almost too bright to look at.
What a grand entrance for a museum - I hope there were lots of great goodies to admire inside.
it was a lovely gallery space and had an interesting exhibition going on. we really liked it.
Oh my look at that sky, the blue looks unreal against the pale brick.
hi fionait was a very intense blue sky, made more so by the incredibly bright facade gleaming in the sun.
There's nothing I love more than some nice sandstone.
yes it makes a lovely facade! this building is very striking.
What an imposing building!
hi ericait is lovely and rather smaller than it appears here. just a lovely place.
what a blue sky
i know isn't it crazy blue? the iphone seems to polarise any sky you see tho it was incredibly blue anyway.
I'm also looking at the blue sky-and longing for some of it too over here :)
it was beautiful tho we have had enough here for a while. dying for some cooler weather.:)
Lovely photo, hope you had a nice time at the museum.
Thanks RebeccaYes we had a nice time at the gallery. It is lovely inside too.
I hope it was a good day, that sky is so blue Thank you for linking up
Yes we had a great day down in Victoria on our recent holiday.
I've never heard of that place but I want to see it. :)
Hi MaureenIt is between bendigo and ballarat. Well worth a visit.
Love the sandstone, such a pity they painted over all that gorgeous old red brick.
Oh I wondered when they had painted over it. I kind of like the cream paint tho:)
That looks like a very severe building, almost socialist realist, but it('s too early for that, and Australia isn't exactly known for its socialist realsim either! Perhaps if I could see more of teh building it wouldn't look as bleak.
It is fairly bleak phoebe:). I like it tho. It has an honest simplicity!
interesting building, would love to see what's inside too.
Oh yes it had some lovely artworks inside!
Great shot, the deep blue of the sky really brings out the entrance to the museum. xx
Yes it is a great contrast isn't it? Looked great.
What a wonderful photo! The sky is stunning x
Thanks Kim. And Nature supplied all the beauty:)
Love contrast of the stone with the sky!
Thanks kriss. It was a lovely scene. I just had to snap it:)

Where is this, Sherry? I wish I was there ... looks a bit sunnier and warmer than where I am!
In country Victoria. It was very warm weather. We were hoping for a bit of cooler weather but no luck.

hi neesieit was a beautiful sky for sure. this time of year we get some super fab skies. how interesting it has been lately with the aurora australis being seen as far north as brisbane; heaps of meteorites and amazing clouds and storms and such late cyclones. mother nature is giving us a real turn.thanks for visiting.
